aiVIP — Terms of Use & Assessment Disclaimer

These Terms apply specifically to the aiVIP — AI Visibility Improvement Programme and AI & Search Visibility Scanner, operated by Carl Henry Global (“CHG”).
They should be read together with the general Carl Henry Global Terms of Use.
By requesting or using an aiVIP assessment, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of aiVIP
aiVIP is an evidence-led website assessment and improvement service designed to identify observable signals relevant to AI and search visibility readiness.
The scanner examines specified publicly accessible website resources and combines those technical findings with business-context information supplied by the user.
2. What the Assessment Means
An aiVIP score or finding represents the scanner's assessment of observable website signals according to the scanner and rules version identified in the report.
It is intended to help identify strengths, weaknesses and potential improvement opportunities.
The assessment is not a guarantee of search-engine ranking, AI inclusion, citation, recommendation, traffic, leads, sales or other commercial results.
3. No Claim of AI Endorsement
Unless expressly supported by separately identified evidence, aiVIP does not claim that a particular AI platform:
trusts a business;
recommends a business;
endorses a business;
ranks a business;
will cite a business; or
will include a business in an AI-generated response.
Statements concerning readiness or visibility should not be interpreted as endorsements or recommendations by Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Perplexity or any other AI or search provider.
4. Automated Assessment Limitations
The scanner uses deterministic rules and observable technical evidence.
Websites, search systems and AI platforms change continually. A scan therefore represents an assessment based on the evidence available at the time it was performed.
A result may also be affected by website availability, redirects, server configuration, blocking, network conditions or resources that the scanner cannot access.
Findings marked for review may require human investigation.
Users should therefore consider the assessment as practical guidance rather than a substitute for appropriate professional or technical review.
5. User-Supplied Information
Some parts of an assessment depend upon information supplied by the user, including answers about content, people, monitoring and website management practices.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these answers are self-reported and are not independently verified by aiVIP.
You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate.
6. Website Submission and Authorisation
You should only submit websites that you own, manage, represent or are otherwise legitimately entitled to assess.
The scanner is intended to access bounded, publicly available website resources only.
You must not use aiVIP to attempt unauthorised access to private systems or for unlawful, abusive or disruptive activity.
7. Recommendations
Recommendations are intended to identify possible actions arising from the evidence observed during the assessment.
They do not guarantee that implementing a recommendation will result in improved rankings, AI citations, AI recommendations, traffic or revenue.
Website changes should be reviewed in the context of the individual organisation and its technical, legal and commercial requirements.
8. Paid aiVIP Products and Services
aiVIP may offer paid publications, reviews, implementation assistance and managed services.
The scope and deliverables of each product are those stated on the relevant product description or agreed quotation at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly included in the purchased product, additional work, custom development, video tutorials, templates, third-party costs and work beyond the stated scope may be charged separately.
Custom requirements may be subject to a separate quotation.
9. Payments
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal and are also subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy policies.
CHG does not control the operation of third-party payment systems.
10. Intellectual Property
The aiVIP name, scanner, assessment methodology, presentation, reports, documentation and associated CHG content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
An assessment recipient may use their own assessment report for their internal business purposes.
No part of the aiVIP system, methodology or commercial materials may be copied, reproduced, resold or represented as another service without written permission from CHG.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
aiVIP may refer or link to third-party websites, AI platforms, search engines, payment providers or other services.
CHG does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, algorithms or decisions.
12. Limitation of Liability
aiVIP and its associated information are provided as practical assessment and guidance tools.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CHG makes no guarantee regarding the completeness, continued accuracy or commercial outcome of an assessment and shall not be liable for decisions made solely in reliance upon automated assessment results.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Changes
CHG may update the aiVIP service, assessment rules, product specifications and these Terms as technology, services and legal requirements develop.
The applicable scanner and rules versions may be recorded within individual assessment results.
14. General CHG Terms
Use of aiVIP remains subject to the applicable general Carl Henry Global Terms of Use and other relevant CHG legal notices.
Where a scanner-specific provision addresses the operation of aiVIP more specifically, the scanner-specific provision applies to that aspect of the aiVIP service.
